Customized Kofta Production Lines for Specific Requirements
The most popular versions are the Malai Kofta from India that are made with mashed potato, paneer (cheese curd), spices and served with curry. Turkish Meatballs, and Middle Eastern Kofta are made with ground meats that are commonly served in the Arabic countries, and there are also many halal, vegan and festive kofta that are served during Ramadan.
SD-97 Series Automatic Encrusting and Forming Machines are highly effective for producing different types of Kofta and meatballs. The machine can process a wide range of ingredients such as different meats, plant-based meat alternatives, mashed potatoes, and the machine can extrude the mixture into spherical, round, or cylindrical shapes with special clamping molds.
