Manti are also known as Turkish dumplings, typically consists of a spiced minced lamb or beef mixture folded in a thin dough wrapper with delicate pleats. ANKO HLT-700U Multipurpose Filling & Forming Machine and EA-100KA Forming Machine can be used together for mass producing Manti that are similar to handmade dumplings, which have thin wrappers and filled with juicy meat fillings.
The production starts after the hoppers are filled with premixed dough and filling separately, and the parameter settings can be set according to the product specifications. The automated production ensures the filling is tightly sealed in the wrapper with neat pleats.
