A Production Line that can Tailor-makes a variety of Fusilli Pasta with Different Recipes
Pasta producers will benefit from the ability their machine to produce Pasta into different shapes, sizes, and with great consistency. ANKO NDL-100 Commercial Fusilli Machine can produce Fusilli with different moisture contents and the customizable molds can be developed for making spiral shaped Pasta with special designs and increased sauce absorbability. This machine can also produce Fettuccine, Lasagna, Linguine, and Macaroni by simply changing the forming molds.
NDL-100 Commercial Fusilli Machine has a maximum capacity of making 100kg of Pasta per hour, the cold-water cooling system keeps the dough temperature to be stably below 35°C for best Pasta consistency. The unique extruding system can process dough containing 35% of non-wheat flour ingredients to produce nutritious and interesting products such as Quinoa Fusilli, Spinach Fusilli, Carrot Fusilli and more.
The machine is compact in size (1.3 square meters) and has a user-friendly control panel that can adjust the length of the Pasta, as well as an adjustable extruding speed to meet your product requirements. Protection shields can be added to the dough hopper and conveyor to increase operational safety. This machine is suitable for chain restaurants, Pasta manufacturing factories, suppliers, and central kitchens.

Fusilli is extruded into a spiral Pasta that has increased absorbability for sauces, and the shape also contributes to a great Pasta texture and pleasurable mouthfeel. ANKO’s NDL-100 has a unique auger design, a cold-water cooling system, and the forming molds are customizable for creating Fusilli that have an al dente texture. It takes less than 5 minutes to change the forming molds to make different types of Pasta.

ANKO’s Noodle Extruder machine is co-created with Taiwan’s Food Industry Research and Development Institute. This innovative commercial noodle machine can be used to produce large quantities of noodles with unique shapes, such as heart-shaped, fish-shaped and dumbbell-shaped, as well as triangle-shaped noodles that increase the surface area to help absorb sauces after cooking. This machine is only 1.3 square meters (14 square foot) making it suitable for specialty noodle producers, central kitchens, chain restaurants, and food factories of any size. The automated noodle production starts after the dough is loaded in the hopper and then the machine’s automatic portioning function does the rest.
