By adding the EA-100KA Forming machine and simply loading the hoppers with pre-made dough and filling, 6,000 Xiao Long Bao can be produced per hour. This production capacity is equivalent to 8 master chefs rapidly hand-making Xiao Long Bao.

The HLT-700U Multipurpose Filling and Forming machine has an upgraded filling system that can process large pieces of shrimp, corn kernels, and other ingredients up to 10mm cubes while retaining their original form and textures. By simply changing the rolling molds, the machine can also produce Empanadas, Samosas, Momo (Dumplings), and various filled pastries and food products.

"Dim Sim" is a Chinese Shumai-inspired extra-large Dumpling popular in Australia and New Zealand. ANKO's Automatic Shumai Machine can be standardized and scaled to mass-produce Dim Sim. The machine begins by making a long 0.3mm-thin Shumai wrapper sheet, then automatically fills and forms each Dim Sim into 45-70g pieces and finally garnishes the products to complete the efficient process.
