Professional Cheese Roll Production Plant Planner
ANKO’s SR-27 Automatic Cheese Roll Machine operates with minimum employees while obtaining maximum production capacity producing a wide variety of products. The process begins with Pastry Sheet making, filling, and then rolling to form Cheese Rolls that are perfectly folded and resemble handmade products. The types of filling ingredients can range from highly viscous cheeses, 10x10mm diced apples, fat-free vegetables, and various meats. Our machines are able to produce Mini Cheese Rolls at 7cm in length.
This machine uses a comprehensive human-machine interface that is highly intuitive, and reduces the time required for employees to familiarize themselves with the equipment. The daily cleaning and maintenance can be done efficiently in simple steps: “3-minute disassembling, 20-minute cleaning, and 5-minute reassembling.” Compared to a traditional linear production line, ANKO’s SR-27 is a square designed which fits into compact spaces.

Depending on your product requirements, ANKO’s machine can produce wrappers with different length, textures and apply the proper amount of filling into the Spring Rolls. The most petit Spring Rolls our machines can produce are at 7cm in length. This machine can also create a variety of different Spring Rolls to be sold as a frozen packaged good or served deep-fried and ready to eat. The parts in contact with food products are water resistant and can be thoroughly and quickly cleaned on a daily basis. ANKO’s SR-27 Spring Roll Machine has a capacity producing of 2,700 pieces per hour, and is suitable for large food factories, central kitchens, and high-volume manufacturers.
