How It Works

Pour batter into hopper
Batter is spread onto a baking drum and baked into a dough sheet. The baking temperature is controlled by a microchip and has maximum fluctuation of ±1°C
Dough sheets cool off on the conveyor system
Pastry sheets are automatically counted and monitored
It has a 2.5-meter pastry cooling conveyor
Pastry sheets are automatically baked, divided, counted and then stacked into a pile
