ANKO’s Batter & Breading Production Solutions
ANKO has three Batter & Breading Machine models that operate at different speeds and are adjustable to provide different product battering, coating, and dusting requirements. These machines have conveyor belts that can be easily lifted for large cleanouts.
ANKO CB-400 Automatic Crumb Breading Machine is designed to coat food products with panko or breadcrumbs, such as Chicken Milanese, Pork Schnitzels, Fish Steaks, Chicken Nuggets, and Potato Hash Browns; the duster is designed to coat food products thoroughly and evenly for best textures after the product is deep-fried. There is also a breadcrumb recycling system that functions to reduce product wastage. ANKO’s SBB-400 Submerging type Batter Breading Machine was developed for products that require a thicker batter coating, such as Tonkatsu (Japanese pork cutlet), Fried Seafood products, and Fried Vegetables. ANKO’s WBB-400 Waterfall type Batter Breading Machine is perfect for food products that require a lightly coated thin batter. ANKO can provide you with the best-automated machines for food production to help you be successful in your business.
