ANKO will introduce our new equipment, which includes the "SR-27 Spring Roll Machine," "EMP-900 Empanada Making Machine," and the highly anticipated "Smart Food Machines with a built-in IoT system." ANKO’s SR-27 Spring Roll Machine’s production process starts from baking the Spring Roll Pastries, and then filling and rolling them into high quality Spring Rolls at the efficient rate of 2,700 rolls per hour. ANKO’s unique filling mechanism eliminates the need for labor-intensive pre-processing of ingredients, making it simple to produce great products. Since its introduction, our machine has received great interest from food manufacturers and factories.

Stable and long-term production depends on maintaining and repairing machines on a regular basis while monitoring the operational status of the machine’s critical components. ANKO has introduced an "IoT System" to our machines that offers equipment remote hosting services, lowering the need for manual routine inspections and decreasing the likelihood of unexpected machine downtime. Production data is uploaded to a cloud database, where managers can access the information from a mobile device to continuously monitor production status remotely, for management and making better scheduling decisions.

There will be eight live demonstrations featuring different food machines throughout the four-day exhibition, including the fully automatic Spring Roll Machine. We will also showcase our Machines that produce Xiao Long Bao, Baozi, Wonton, Shu Mai, and variety of Chinese cuisine. ANKO’s senior consultants and experts will be on-site to assist you, and you are welcome to stop by our booth, M0120 to experience our equipment in person.
